Company Capabilities Statement

Total design, supply and management for installation and commissioning of plant emission monitoring and reporting systems to meet local EPA requirements and guidelines. Project value capability, unsupported by suppliers, would be around AUD $400,000.

Customer training programmes for operators and maintainers. These programmes are usually carried out onsite but can be conducted at the company's premises if required.

Service and maintenance contracts for ongoing customer support. Contracts include full breakdown support, planned maintenance, and annual instrument calibration testing.

Service shops are based around Australia. Spare parts are carried in stock. All sales staff are trained for site service support.

Product Range

PROCAL - Using innovative designs the Procal enveloped folded beam gas analyser systems offer the advantages of both in-situ measurement as well as in-line calibration checking. The Pulsi 200 systems are used to simultaneously measure up to 6 gas components using infra red light sources. The Procal 5000 ultra-violet systems offer highly competitive pricing over extractive and cross stack systems and have a distinct advantage of being designed for simple range and gas type changes for future requirements.

NOVATECH - Zirconia based oxygen analyser systems are used for the monitoring and control of combustion process in - furnaces, boilers and kilns. Oxygen control offers the advantages of energy savings and reduced air pollution from waste gases. They are designed and manufactured in Australia and are widely used by Australian manufacturing and power generation industries. NOVATECH also manufactures Carbon Potential and Dewpoint analysers using zirconia measuring cell.

PCME - The leading European manufacturer of particulate measurement instrumentation. The company designs and manufactures digital instruments for emission monitoring and process control. Using both optical scintillation and electrodynamic technologies, PCME can supply the right instrument for all particulate measurement applications, including wet scrubbers, precipitators, and combustion process. 

 

Domestic Activities

Sales and service for a complete range of air emission monitoring and control equipment for manufacturing and process industries. Major area of activity is in-stack probe and optical monitoring systems.

 

Project Overview

Group sales have grown in excess of 130% in the last financial year, reflecting the confidence that customers have in the product range. This success has been recognised by the company's suppliers, with GROUP being recognised by PCME for being in the top three sales distributors for the last 5 years.

Many of the company's projects have related to new EPA legislation and reporting requirements for customers, including the very important NSW load based license program. LBL requirements are that instruments used for measuring emission levels must be proven as satisfactory by the EPA to perform reliably and accurately.
